quiznos will be located in the new shopping center in front of sutherlands.
i drove by today the sign is up and construction is ongoing inside.

BETWEEN QUIZNOS AND SUBWAY, I LIKE SUBWAY. THE BOOK REPS OUT HERE ALWAYS BRINGING FOOD FROM QUIZNOS, ITS JUST FAIR. NOT TO KILL FOR.

In my part of the world, the service at Quizno's is better and the food is palatable. There are about 3 Subway's in a 5 mile radius and only one of them is remotely good. Last time we picked up a couple of sandwiches from there, the produce was spoiled. They quickly ended up in the trash.
I am too prejudice to go to those sandwich shops. I don't get a good feeling going there.

I like Jasons Deli. me too love the salad bar and those gingerbread muffins except i'm on a carb and sugar diet so i have to limit those

I LIKE TO WATCH THE HEALTH CHANNEL. THE CARBS ARE OUT. THEY CHANGE ALL THAT ABOUT THE CARBS. JUST EAT 3 TO 4 MEALS A DAY SMALL PORTIONS. EAT WHAT YOU LIKE STAY AWAY FROM FRY FOODS. DRINK WATER WITH MEALS AND DON'T EAT AFTER 5PM. THAT WILL KILL 2 TO 3 POUNDS A WEEK AND OFCOURSE TAKE A ONE A DAY VIT'S. BUT NEVER THINK YOU ARE IN A DIET. IF YOU ALWAYS SAYING I AM NOT EATING THIS OR THAT CAUSE I AM ON A DIET, THEN YOU WILL CRAVE IT AND WILL EAT IT.

You should lose weight quickly then. That is quite the sacrifice. I easily lose 5lbs when I lay off the soda. At this time I haven't laid off it so I am carrying it:)

My baby is 19 months old, I waited almost 10 years to have another one and its been harder to loose the weight. My goal is 15 lbs. I got a personal trainer found her at the YMCA she is very reasonably priced and put me on a program Its been hard these last few days but I'm sure I'll be happy with the results. I cant wait!!:D

Jason's Deli is that best. That's the kind of restaurant EP needs.

I'm not disciplined enough to just watch what I eat, once you get into working out though it becomes addictive. I am definitely on a diet if I say I'm not then i'm not careful.
I EAT EVERYTHING BUT IN SMALL PORTIONS. AND I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN IN GETTING ADDICTIVE ON THE WORKING OUT. I GOT ADDICTIVE, I LIKE THE HIGH I GOT ON THE ENGERY. AND I WILL GO FOR MORE AND MORE. I STARTED WITH CONDITIONING FOR FITNESS, BEGAINING WEIGHT TRAINING, ADVANCE WEIGHT TRAINING, CARDIO KICKBOXING, BEGINNING TENNIS, SELF DEFENSE, LOW IMPACT AEROBIC, HIGH IMPACT, WATER AEROBICS. THEN I GOT BORNING, I NEEDED SOMETHING NEW. MY COWORK AND I ENROLL ON HIGH IMPACT AEROBICS AT FT SAM BASE WITH ALL THE MILITARY GIRLS/GUYS. IT NEARLY KILLS US THE FIRST DAY. THIS PEOPLE WERE ALL BUFF AND WERE USING THREE STEP LEVAL. WE STARTED WITH ONE STEP LEVAL. WE CONTINUE BY THE END OF THE WEEK WE NEW ALL THE STEPS. MY COWORKER FELL DOWN A FEW TIMES, BUT IT WAS FUNNY, NOBODY STOP TO HELP HER, EVERYBODY CONTINUE DOING THE STEPS. WE STAY FOR ONE YEAR. IT STARTED TO GET BORNING ONCE AGAINE. THEN WE JOIN FITNESS CONNNECTION GYM. IT WAS MY DAUGHTER AND I AND MY CO-WORKER AND HER DAUGHTER. THEN LATER MY COWORK HUSBAND AND MY HUSBAND AND MY DAUGTHER BOYFRIEND JOIN THE GYM. WE STAY IN FOR THREE YEARS. I WAS DOING THREE TO FOUR HRS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK. MY WEIGHT WAS THE SAME, I GUESS IT GETS TO A POINT THE BODY JUST SAYS WITH A CERTAIN WEIGHT. I AM 5'1" AND WEIGHT 120 TO 123 POUNDS. I ALWAYS COOK HEALTH, AND WE EAT OUT TWO TO THREE TIMES A MONTH. WELL FOUR YEARS AGO, I GOT DIVORCE, MY DAUGHTER GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE BOUGHT A HOUSE AND MOVE OUT THEN MARRIED A YEAR LATER. I LET GO OF THE GYM MEMBERSHIP. LATER I PICK IT UP AGAIN AND THE NAME WAS CHANGE TO GOLD'S GYM. I STAY ONE YEAR. I DIDN'T HAVE A PARTNER TO GO WITH ME, I WAS GETTING BORING AGAINE. FROM WORK TO THE GYM AND GET OUT AT 7 OR 8PM I DIDN'T GET TO SEE THE DAY LIGHT. SO I QUIT. SO I BOUGHT THE CROSS COUNTRY MACHINE AND THE BALL AND WEIGHTS AND I STARTED DOING THEM AT HOME. BUT THE TV GOT MY ATTENTION SO I STARTED GETTING LAZY... BUT I STILL WEIGHT 120-123 POUNDS. :confused:
