Every time I come to the forum, I have to log in all over again. I chose the thing that says it will log me in automatically. What's wrong? Does anyone else have that problem?

Maybe your secruity settings are to high. You may need to accept the cookies from this site.

I use other sites that do remember me. That's why I didn't know what to do about this one. I will change the settings and see if that is the problem. If it is, I will just have to sign in each time because I don't want to change my settings permanently.

Here is something else that doesn't work. I don't click the box that keeps me from showing up on the list at the bottom of the forum, but I still don't show up there.

I logged out and back in and now I see my name down there on the list. I don't know why.

I keep my setting at "Block all Cookies" and then lower them to "Medium High" when going into sites that I have to log into. Before shut down I run Ad-aware to clear all cookies. When I go to the same site I have to log in again cause I deleted their cookie.
It's a pain, but I don't like keeping cookies in my computer.

Ok, for some unknown reason, I got bumped off and had to log in again. I see now the problem you are talking about. I didn't change sites but still had to log in again even after just finishing a posting.

Now I have been gone for a while and came back, and I was still logged in. I guess it's working okay now.

If you use programs like spybot, it might be deleting the cookies from this site.

I don't use it all the time. And sometimes I'm logged in when I return.

Also, as I have pointed out, other sites don't behave this way with my computer.

I might be a mystery that is never solved.

When I came to the forum this morning, I was still logged in. It is erratic.

Now I'm starting to figure something out. I keep several browsers going at one time. If I return to this site using the same browser I logged in with, I am still logged in.

The problem will be in remembering which browser I used.

I have not had that problem with other sites. It must be something in the software here.
