New Members

It's good to see so many new members on the forum signing up. Yet why don't most of them Post anything after they register?

In the last month and the first of this month May 1 - June 1 2004. There have been a total of 26 members signing up. Out of all of those 26 Members that signed up only 5 have posted anything. What is up with that? Why sign up on the forum if you are not going to post? They might as well stay as guest. Well that is what I think.

Maybe they are intimated by other members that might say something about their post if they where to post something. <_<

lol i think its cuz most ppl who sign up aren't internet-savvy or they're internet newbs, so they don't really keep up with things on the internet, such as a forum.... like they see it, think its cool, sign up and then forget about it... its stupid if u ask me, but it happens :rolleyes:

I think you are right. I guess they like the forum and sign up and then forget about it. Eventually they forget their username and Password. So in the end you end up with hundreds of Members and just a few poster's.

I dont know if this happened to you guys but when i signed up i couldnt post until the Admin or whatever gave me permission.......... maybe they where like me and thought "WTF? im not gonna wait til he gives me permission, screw this"

I think I know what you are talking about. When I register here at the EP Forum I didn't become a member automatically it took me days until I receive my E-mail that confirmed I was a member an then after that I was able to start posting. That part is a bit discouraging. I also go to another forum Very Similar to this one and when I register I became a member automatically. I didn't have to wait for an E-mail to confirm my Screen name and other stuff for I can finally post.

Only person that can change that is Admin.

I can see where yall are coming from... I hadnt been on here for a few months.. maybe weeks... But I had been busy with work and all... Now that I got back, I lost my website so I lost my avatar, and now I was trying to load up another Avatar and image, but it wont show yet... I think Administration has to give the ok first...

When I signed up last year for this... It did it automatically...

I guess its ok to have the administration give the ok... to avoid any legal probs with the Age and unappropriate images.

BTW, i do home you guys enjoy the forum.. sometimes it does become fun when everyone puts in their two cents.
