What do you think about maquinitas popping all over the place in Eagle Pass?

What I don't understand is that they are all over the place and it is illegal, why don't them shut them down?

People who own these places need to be more creative and start up something that is unique. I thought too, that "maquinitas" were illegal.

Its legal only if prizes instead of money is awarded. Most of them are legal.
