New Restaurants

Hi are there any new restaurants coming to eagle pass? such as a chilis, IHOP, etc, and im mainly asking about CHAIN restaurants. thanks

In Del Rio they are about to start construction on the New IHOP, They will also start on the 2 New Subways. And soon to be another Sonic.

Eagle Pass is going to get a IHOP also. Yet after they finish the one in Del Rio they will start in the Eagle Pass and Uvalde's as well. That can be sometime next year.

I have also heard rumors of a Jack In The Box coming to Del Rio anyone hear anything about that?

Yet They are building a New Shopping Center in Del Rio and word has it that it might be a Quizzno's in one of the suits in the Shopping Center. Not sure though.

My my, I see we have a somewhat rude person on the forum now. 5 post barely and already being rude. What's wrong still mad about the Lackers Beating the Spurs this year?

And the only reason I Mention Del Rio is because the Same Business Man that is opening up the New IHOP in Del Rio will be the same person that will open up the one in Eagle Pass. And he is also the person that is opening up the 2 New Subways in Del Rio as well. So Maybe he will also open another one in Eagle Pass.

Get My Point. And besides What EP and DR get it's all for the betterment of our communities and the region we live in. I guess you have never lived in a metro plex area. Just because your town doesn't have a restaurant or store it doesn't mean you have to do without that just means you will have to travel to the place and take the longer distance to get what you want.

I am sure some people that live in Eagle Pass come to Del Rio to eat at Chili's or go to the Movies or to the Lake Etc. Same goes to People in Del Rio that go to Eagle Pass and go eat a Peter Piper Pizza or go to the Casino.

TEJAS GRILL (on the LOOP in the Cenizo Plaza)

They have four tvs for your viewing pleasure, a sports bar atmosphere.
They have hamburgers any way you like and there are some good looking waitresses.

When did it open (Tejas Grill)? What kind of food do they serve besides burgers?

That is the same place where Bases Loaded and Amigos used to be at. I personally think that is a very small place to have a sports bar. When I go to San Antonio I like these sports bars, Fatsos and Champps Americana. A bar that I would definitely like to have something similar here in Eagle Pass is something like Lyndys.

Tejas Grill is not that small of a place. When will any other kind of sports bar open up here! So why not go to a place like that.

They serve chicken sandwiches, salads, wings, they are also serving breakfast.

Why not go and watch the games and have a couple of beers as well. They also have happy hour from 4 to 7pm. ;)

I was going to go by there last night to catch the Cowboy game but it was pouring. I've heard its an Ok place to hand out for a game. I used to go to Jarras but haven't gone lately.

I gave up trying to keep my truck clean. It stays clean for 1/2 a day maybe a whole day but not more. Good business for the carwash industry.

It just opened up and people should go to have a good time. You should give it a shot and not go to the same places all the time. :D
