I know this sounds very embarrassing, but how do you get to the 7 hills of Eagle Pass?(I need driving directions) And also, does Hillcrest count as one of the 7 hills?
As a local, I have never bothered to visit them, but now I need to go to show them off to some Eagle Pass visitors.
Thanks in advance for your help.
I hope someone can answer this cause I am with you Kurtmasur. :o

I've always thought the area where around Benavidez Elementary was part of the 7 lomas. I think its the street by Rodee's that takes you up to Benavidez. To get to the other part of the 7 hills you can take Edison Rd, take a right turn on the street just before the EPISD office building and that should take you where you want to go. I've never been there myself ;)

[COLOR=blue][SIZE=7][FONT=Optima] ;) Very obiously seems to me that you peeps that are inquiring about the most Famous 7 Lomas aren't originally from this port. Porque as long as I remember one of the first 7 Lomas used to be where the Benavides Elementary School is located at...all around and below was 'la primera Loma de las 7', and then where the construction of the new developing road coming from the new bridge is where 'la segunda Loma de las 7 used to be' which now is totally gone by this new construction going on in this area...Y the 3rd of Las 7 Lomas is where the Blue Tank is sitting on top where Loma Bonita Subdivision begins. And then you just keep on going down South until to get to the very last hill which is the 7th of Las 7 Lomas...But to my knowledge since very young fellows we used to go hiking starting off by the end of the Kifuri Road going South and crossing some Rancher's private fence with the risk of getting shot, which we never experience such horrible acts, thank God. But the adventure for a young fellow Boy Scout was there...we explored all this terrain...the worst Loma, I might say was where the Benavides School yard begins, because this site used to be a dumping area where some of these residents back then used to dump their junk, like old applainces, old tires, and other garbage junk, yuck! But on the far Westside of this very 1st Loma you can clearly see most of the Eastside of Piedras Negras, which is being used as a surveillance area for the US Border Patrol and to the Northside of this Loma you can clearly see most of the Pass as far to where the HillCrest Loma is located by Comal St. But don't get me wrong, maybe the Hillcrest Loma is the 1st one of the 7 Legendary Lomas. And then later on this was my old stumping grounds where I used to play hide and seek with several old girlfriends that I just don't wish to reveal their real names...But the adventure was there by the 7 Lomas, nombre nada mas los recuerdos quedaron...wow!!!

I used to run up and down some of the hills in EP as a way to strenghten my legs for football. It was alot more helpful running up those hills instead of running up the bleachers at Eagle Field.
