Disarming Iran, North Korea

I'm really starting to get worried about North Korea and Iran. What other options (other than war) are there in order to diplomatically disarm these 2 countries?

NONE! There are NO other options to disarm them. Even if we do offer diplomatic negotiations, Bush won't settle for that because it's not part of his ultimate plan. I can assure you that Iran is next. "Let's wipe 'em out and bring 'em on!"...says Cheney and the neo-cons (I mean, Bush).
