Bank Robbery?

I heard here in Austin that the IBC bank in downtown was robbed by a Black man from New York. Does anyone have any details on the robbery?

Yes this guy walked into IBC Bank reached over the counter and grabbed approximately $4,000 from the teller, then took off on foot.
Again it was 2 Border Patrol Agents who saw him walking down Garrison Street and apprehended him without incident, while the PD cruisers were all speeding by him towards IBC at full speed, sirens blaring, etc...
