I was checking out prices for homes in EP. What is the deal with it? The prices are worst than SA how can people afford them? I expect those prices around SA and Dallas but EP???? And the taxes gee wiz.

My wife and I wondered about this as well. We did not believe that prices would be so high down here. We would pay over $100K here that we would $85/90K in San Antonio. And since we could make more money there, we wonder if we will stay and buy one.

If you are looking for cheap houses maybe you should try looking southeast of San Angelo, in the rural communities. You are in a career that can survive living in a very small community. You just have to be more creative than living in EP.
