If you have been away form Eagle Pass for a while, tell where you are and what you are doing.

I have been away for almost 10 years. Yea, that's true. I live in Arlington, Texas
and attended UTA University. Tell me about yourself.

Seems people are not that talkative... Dont think you missed much while u been gone, cept for the new businesses that are coming in.

Btw, my name is Rene, I am a hairstylist. I myself moved back to EP a few times... why? I have no idea. I first moved here in 1990, thought it would be cool finishing Highschool in my Home town. after graduation, I left to San Antonio for school, Business and Accounting, came back, worked for a company for five yrs til i closed down, and back to San Antonio. Was there for a couple of yrs and after the 9/11 deal, I headed back to my home town and here I am... *shakes head* Oh well. Just turned 30 yesterday so i guess I should be expecting some changes in my life, NOT! lol. only think that changed is how i feel about getting a lil older every year... Seem years are going by faster and faster, quicker and quicker... Soon Ill be 40, and then I guess I would have to give up the young cool life... Wish time would freeze now for me, stay young for ever.

Where's a vampire when u need one!

hmmm, its sunday, about 2.30pm... so i guess... "recovering from last nite"

is all people do here.. go out and get wasted... recover, monday go back to work...

When I live in EP during my high school years, I used to cruis the avenida in Pidras Negras. That has fun. Are people still doing that?

My nickname is Mena. I permanently left EP in '94. Happily married for almost 10yrs, I have one child and a dog. I have 3 associates degrees 2 in criminal justice. They are collecting dust in my closet. I have been a stay at home mom for almost 5 yrs. Oh and I live north of Dallas.

OK... who is next?

I was born in San Antonio, raised in EP. Joined the Armed Forces in the mid 80's but came back here after my 4 year term was over. I've been here ever since. I've had a descent job now (believe it or not) for over 14 years. I like the small town environment but still visit San Antonio frequently.

I got married in 2000 and left EP to attend school at the University of Oklahoma. Things did not go too well there, so we moved to Corpus Christi, TX and there attended A&M. After a two years we moved to Austin, TX. There we spent two semesters and then moved again to San Antonio. It was there that I finished an associates degree in computer networking. We are now in the Coastal Bend area finishing school at kingsville. We occasionaly visit EP to go see our parents. Most of our friends are either out of town or just hard to find.
