The road back to the Rose Bowl begins today at the 6:45 PM practice. The Horns have high expectations once again as they strive towards their first national title since 1970. Should be a heck of a season. Hook EM HORNS !!!

I heard that that Augie had recently added another 5 years in his contract to stay at UT, according to the Austin American Statesman. But he was definately thinking about the Diamondback job.

Gotta beat Oklahoma first, and we all now that'll never happen.

UT WILL beat ou this year. UT has 16 returning starters, including Vince Young. ou lost 11 guys in the NFL draft, including Heisman winner Jason White, who wasn't even drafted.

Don't know if any of you guys have heard but Mr. White officially quit the NFL. He sad his reconstructed knees weren't holding up too good while competing for the third string position in Tennesse. So much for being a two time Heisman winner

Most Heisman winners turn out as busts. Look at guys like Chris Weinke, Ron Dayne, Andre Ware, Eric Crouch, and I could go on and on. Jason White was a great college player, but was obviously not suited for the pro game. Having a couple of ACL tears won't help either, as what happened to Jason.
