Hubby made Tres Leches cake it was really, really good.

I kid you not! For the first time ever, I made roast beef for New Year's and it turned out really good! But honestly, I really feel the need to get back to normal food1 All the cookies, and cupcakes and rich foods take their toll on my digestion!

I am done with holiday food too.

We now have a Subway sandwich shop in town. It opened sometime last month.

I loooove subway! They have great sandwiches and did you know you can ask for any of their sandwiches as a salad?

I use to love subway, well I still do. But I don't go anymore. I just got tired of it. When I was working we use to order from there all the time. The book raps that try to push their new edition they will hold a conference and they use to order food from subway. We had left over food for a whole week. Later we use to go to this Cajun restaurant close to the ATT. The Spurs team always ate there. I was a midget standing next to one of them.

I didn't know that. I just started going again and have been ordering the 9 grain bread. I didn't use to go when I lived in North Texas cause the people that use to run it were very thrifty. I just didn't trust that they were using fresh ingredients.
